Panthera Group was established by Mario Evangelo in 2016 to drive innovation into the future of retail by integrating digital and physical retail platforms, mainly related to stranded shopping centre and mixed-use assets.

To achieve this, the group has been structured with a set of unique skills with experience in a wide range of disciplines covering investment, construction, development, property, hospitality, logistics, design, user experience and technology, to create the ‘Malls of the Future’.

Our approach is unique in using the best of Australian skills across above disciplines, to merge and integrate international ‘Best of Breed’ technologies and applications to ensure the optimal cultural mix and built environment conditions.

With our approach, we are able to ‘pilot test’ our customised digital modules across our physical assets to understand, modify and enhance these technology products to underpin the development of the Malls of the Future across Australia, via our growing portfolios under management and in other shopping centres owned by other via ‘third-party’ agreements. 

Our fund management objective is to deliver sustainable returns for our shareholders, investors and other stakeholders by providing future-focused customer experiences in built environment precincts and mixed-use property assets, to underpin centre turn-over and retailer revenues.
